Why Come to Therapy?
Therapy provides a safe space to explore feelings, thoughts, relationships, and behaviours. A mental health therapist can provide a different perspective on an issue, help you to better understand and communicate your feelings, and promote your self-esteem, relationships, and outlook on life.
People come to therapy for a variety of reasons. For some, therapy provides tools to navigate concerns like depression or anxiety while for others it offers a forum in which to explore and strengthen interpersonal relationships. You don’t need to be in a debilitating crisis to get support. Whatever your reason for reaching out you are deserving of support and I look forward to meeting you to discuss your unique needs.
May you be happy. May you be healthy. May you feel safe.
